Transfer services
A transfer runs from one point to another. In hire there is no point: the car and driver are yours for the agreed hours, and you set the route as the day unfolds. Business meetings, trade fair days, shopping, family visits and any multi-stop programme work this way.
The difference shows in the pricing too: a transfer is priced by distance, hire by time. Where you go during the day does not change the amount, as long as you stay inside the daily kilometre allowance.

Chauffeured hire is priced by time rather than distance, with hourly, 8-hour and 12-hour options.
Fuel, parking, bridge and motorway tolls and the driver's meal break are included in the amount and are not requested again at the end of the day.
Daily hire includes a set kilometre allowance; beyond it a fixed per-kilometre amount is added, and that amount is published on the rates page.
The driver stays with you throughout; waiting time is not charged separately, because time is what you are already paying for.
If you have a single destination and you are staying there, a transfer is cheaper: you pay for the distance and the car leaves once you are dropped off. Airport to hotel is the typical case.
If your day has three or more stops, if the car has to wait at those stops, or if the schedule is not fixed hour by hour, hire is both cheaper and calmer. Buying three separate transfers usually costs more than an eight-hour hire, and you wait for a car each time.
The clock starts at the address where you are collected and stops when you are dropped at the final address. It does not run while the car drives out of the depot. That distinction looks small but it is worth half an hour by the end of a day.
If the programme overruns, extra hours are billed at the same hourly amount and the driver does not leave. If it runs short, you pay the minimum; that minimum is stated openly at booking, not recalled afterwards as a rule.
The driver drives, plans the route, finds the parking, carries luggage and packages, and stays reachable by phone all day. Between your appointments the car waits nearby, so you are not hunting for a vehicle at every stop.
The driver is not a tourist guide and does not provide guiding. Guiding in Turkey requires its own licence, and we do not sell an authorisation we do not hold. If you want a guided programme, say so: we supply the car and driver, and you can bring a licensed guide of your own choosing into the day.

Popular routes
Stopping is prohibited on Taksim Square itself. Drop-off happens on the side streets within walking distance, or in the hotel's own entrance bay; the driver identifies the right point in advance from the hotel address.

Vehicle access to the Levent towers runs through registered barriers. If the driver knows which tower you are going to, the car reaches the right barrier; if not, you are left at the pedestrian entrance. Naming the building at booking genuinely matters on this route.

Hourly hire has a minimum duration, published on the rates page. If your need is shorter, a one-way transfer is usually the better value, and we tell you which is cheaper at booking.
A fixed amount per additional kilometre is added, and that amount is stated on the rates page. The driver tells you as the limit approaches, so no surprise item appears at the end of the day.
Yes. Daily hire is suitable for leaving the city and the kilometre allowance is planned accordingly. For destinations such as Sapanca, Şile or Bursa an intercity transfer is also an option, and we tell you which fits from your programme.
