A photo of the meeting point and the terminal exit number are included in the confirmation sent one day before the journey.
The driver's name, phone number and vehicle plate are sent to the passenger before the journey begins.
The message that arrives the day before contains: the driver's name and phone number, the make and plate of the vehicle, a photo of the meeting point, the terminal exit number and the locked total amount.
The same details are sent once more on the day of travel, at the moment the car sets off. That second message also carries a live location link for the driver.
You are greeted in the language you booked in. Your language choice at booking is stored and the whole chain of communication continues in it.
The languages each driver speaks are stated on the vehicle class page. If you need a specific language, say so at booking and a suitable driver is assigned.
Popular routes
Vehicle access is restricted in the core of Sultanahmet and many hotels cannot be reached by car. The driver stops at the nearest legal drop-off point and carries your luggage to the door.
