In group transfers the real constraint is luggage volume, not passenger count. A family of eight fits into eight seats, but not together with twelve suitcases.
So we choose the vehicle by luggage rather than by seats. At booking we ask how many large suitcases there are, and the class is suggested from that.

For group transfers, multiple vehicles are planned within a single booking and arrive for the pickup at the same time.
There is no limit on the number of child seats and they carry no additional charge.
For groups of seven to thirteen there are two options: a single minibus or two vans. One vehicle is usually cheaper; two vehicles are more flexible when the group has to split between different addresses.
The choice is yours, and the price of both options is visible before you book. There is no hidden assumption.
On conference and trade fair transfers, passengers usually arrive on different flights at different times. Each flight is then tracked separately and the pickups are planned accordingly.
Coordination runs through a single point of contact, so individual passengers do not each have to book. A corporate account can be opened for consolidated invoicing.
Popular routes
Stopping is prohibited on Taksim Square itself. Drop-off happens on the side streets within walking distance, or in the hotel's own entrance bay; the driver identifies the right point in advance from the hotel address.
