We record your flight number at booking. If your aircraft lands early the driver arrives early; if it is delayed the driver waits, and no waiting fee appears. The time you spend at baggage reclaim is covered too.

The amount is calculated from the route and vehicle class at the moment of booking, and it is locked there. Traffic, the chosen route, bridge and tunnel tolls and the number of bags are all included.
Payment is completed before the journey. No cash, foreign currency or additional payment is requested in the car. This is part of the definition of the service, not a promotion.
Popular routes
Vehicle access is restricted in the core of Sultanahmet and many hotels cannot be reached by car. The driver stops at the nearest legal drop-off point and carries your luggage to the door.

Stopping is prohibited on Taksim Square itself. Drop-off happens on the side streets within walking distance, or in the hotel's own entrance bay; the driver identifies the right point in advance from the hotel address.
